You will need the following:

1 ripe banana
handful of baby leaf spinach
half an avocado
frozen blueberries (however many you want - be generous)
200ml apple juice
1 tsp organic crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp organic flaxseed oil
1 tsp flaxseed (ground or crushed before adding to smoothie)

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Drink within 10 minutes of making for the freshest and immediate benefits.
